We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

- Missing Documentation: If critical documentation (such as item manifests) promised during the purchase process is missing, we are happy to work with you to resolve the issue.

Ownership and Risk
Once a pallet is purchased and leaves our warehouse, ownership and risk transfer to the buyer. This means any external damages incurred during shipping or handling are covered by Mjdpallet liquidation. We recommend inspecting your shipment upon arrival and documenting any concerns immediately.
