  • We offer local pickup and shipping options for our liquidation pallets.
  • Shipping is available nationwide, but rates and availability may vary depending on location and pallet size.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details to ensure smooth delivery.

2. Shipping Costs & Quotes

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, pallet dimensions, destination, and carrier rates.
  • Customers can request a shipping quote before purchase by providing their delivery address.
  • For bulk orders, we may offer discounted freight shipping rates.

3. Shipping Methods

  • Freight Shipping: We partner with trusted freight carriers for secure pallet transportation.
  • Local Delivery (if available): We may offer local delivery within a specific radius of our warehouse. Additional fees apply.
  • Customer Arranged Shipping: Buyers can coordinate their own shipping but must schedule pickup with our warehouse in advance.

4. Processing & Handling Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received.
  • Shipping times depend on the carrier and destination but generally range from 3-10 business days.
  • Tracking: Want to keep tabs on your parcel’s comedy journey? We offer tracking so you can follow its hilarious adventures until it reaches you.

5. Delivery & Receiving

  • Buyers must ensure that someone is available to receive and inspect the shipment upon delivery.
  • Freight shipments require a loading dock or forklift for unloading. If not available, a liftgate service may be required at an additional cost.
  • Damaged Shipments: If a shipment arrives damaged, the recipient must report it to the carrier immediately and file a claim if necessary.

6. Local Pickup Option

  • Customers who prefer to pick up their pallets can do so at our warehouse during operating hours.
  • Pickup must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance to ensure smooth loading.
  • Customers must bring the appropriate vehicle or trailer for transportation.

7. No Shipping to P.O. Boxes

  • Due to the size and weight of pallets, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical shipping address.

8. International Shipping

  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship within the United States.
